Welcome to Carolina Mounting PRO LLC. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide professional installation services including, but not limited to:

• TV wall mounting
• Wire concealment (in-wall and external)
• Ceiling fan installation
• Blinds installation
• Furniture assembly

All services are performed based on the details provided by the customer at the time of booking.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are based on the service selected and any additional work required on-site.
• Final pricing may vary depending on wall type, installation complexity, fireplace setups, or additional materials.
• Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information when booking
• Ensure clear and safe access to the installation area
• Confirm that the installation location is suitable (including wall structure and electrical access)
• Ensure that all customer-provided equipment (TVs, mounts, hardware) is compatible and in good condition

We are not responsible for hidden conditions such as electrical wiring, plumbing, fire blocks, metal studs, or structural issues inside walls.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable prior notice.
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• We take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and secure installation.
• We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, wall integrity issues, or improper structure.
• We are not responsible for any damage to TVs, mounts, or property after installation is completed and approved by the customer.
• We are not liable for failures due to manufacturer defects or customer-supplied equipment.
• Mounting location is ultimately approved by the customer.

6. Electrical & Fireplace Disclaimer

• In-wall wire concealment and installations above fireplaces may involve working near electrical components.
• We do not perform licensed electrical work unless explicitly stated.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations when required.
• We are not responsible for issues related to heat exposure above fireplaces or improper electrical conditions.

7. Warranty

• We provide a workmanship warranty for 2 years from the date of service.
• This warranty covers installation-related issues only.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, environmental factors, or modifications after service.

8. Media & Photos

We may take photos of completed work for quality control and marketing purposes. No personal or sensitive information will be shared.

9. Communication Consent

By submitting a request, you agree to be contacted via phone, text, or email regarding your service. Message and data rates may apply.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
